After some time now, I have finally updated the site again. The first thing is a new code snippet:
Then I have improved the message board. The threads are now sorted by the last post date so the last active thread is always the first one which makes things lot easier. Secondly I've made the email-on-reply feature working correctly. Last but not least, you have can now post threads containing code using the phpBB style tags [code] ... [/code].
I have also thought about having a guestbook or not and as conclusion I decided to _kick_ it from the site or simply not to start to add one. I have a very well-working message board and I don't think I need a guestbook then. Don't forget to visit the forum now.
After analyzing the traffic coming to my site, I have found out that Christmas 2002 has been added to 7 or more freeware pages. I am really glad to see that especially because this is driving new visitors to steinsoft.net {grin}.
